First Hotels Expands with Acquisition of Hotel Stockholm North

First Hotels has recently acquired Hotel Stockholm North, making it the chain's sixth property in the Stockholm area. Following a comprehensive renovation, the hotel will reopen in June under the name "Hotel Stockholm North by First."
Conveniently located between Arlanda Airport and central Stockholm in Upplands Väsby, Hotel Stockholm North by First will offer 152 rooms featuring modern Nordic design. These accommodations will vary in size and include apartment-style options with kitchenettes. The hotel will also provide spacious and well-lit conference rooms that can host up to 150 attendees, a fully equipped gym, and ample free parking.
This acquisition strengthens First Hotels' presence in the Stockholm region, joining the existing First Hotel Brommaplan, First Hotel Solna, Queens Hotel First Partner, Brommavik Hotel First Partner, and The Studio Hotel First Partner. With this new addition, First Hotels' portfolio now includes 31 hotels in Sweden, 20 in Denmark, and 5 in Norway.
