  1. Cancelation Policy: If the customer chose monthly payment, cancelation is possible anytime before the charge for the next month. For annual payment (with credit card), cancelation is possible anytime before the charge for the next year. If payment is made by invoice, cancelations can be made with one month notice and will be applied for the next payment (depending on the selected payment: monthly, quarterly, annually).

  2. Payment: We accept payment with invoice within 30 days, as well as payment with credit card for one month in advance or for a year in advance (if selected pay annually).

  3. Extra Services: Extra services can be purchased from us based on a requested quote. Payment with an invoice is due within 30 days of receipt.

  4. Refunds: We don't provide refunds. Contact us to set up a free trial or demo to better understand our product.

  5. Prohibited Content: We do not allow illegal content, content that violates any rights, or unethical content. In the event of a violation of these content rules, we reserve the right to pause or cancel the account without a refund.

  6. Content Liability: We do not take any responsibility for the content published by our customers. For any copywriter, legal or other violations, our service does not take any responsibility and all disputes must be handled directly with the user who published the content. However, we reserve the right to block or pause content temporarily during an investigation if we receive a complaint.

  7. Limitation of Liability: We do not take any responsibility for data loss, hacker attacks, or other issues related to the use of our service. However, we make all efforts to store user data securely and use only trusted suppliers and providers.
